Ending my week feeling grateful for the quality and depth of my relationships with my clients.

Taking about money opens up so many doors and windows into a person's world, many of which are amazing and stand to be celebrated, and others which are hard and simply merit honest, human witnessing. In the last two weeks I have had to dig deep and feel the full spectrum of life. In the end it makes me a better person and I feel grateful for the work I get to do in the world.

In Colombia we celebrate Valentine's as a day of love and friendship. It prompted a great conversation in our Monday All-Team Meeting at Peak360 where we got to share different ways in which we celebrate Valentine's - the things we love and don't love about it, and how in the end the most important thing is that we take the time to appreciate those in our life who we love.

I feel SO eternally grateful to love our Peak360 team. We rolled up our sleeves and built a culture we are extremely proud of - peppered with truth, accountability and vulnerability. Funny enough, it has been in the digging deep that has brought us closer. I wouldn't have it any other way.
